There are three packages offered for Freshworks. These are the Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Freshworks bills annually for its product based on the number of users on your account and the number of active contacts.
The Growth plan is $29 per user per month and includes a 1000 contacts limit, which is upgradable. This plan also consists of twenty workflows, five sales sequences, organizing contacts via lists and segments, lead scoring, website tracking, and up to five complete marketing journeys.
The Pro package is $69 per user per month and includes all growth plan features with higher limits and more. You’ll receive 3,000 contacts, fifty workflow automations, twenty marketing journeys, behavioral segmentation, and email campaign reply tracking, and ten sales sequences.
This package is $125 per user per month and continues to expand on previous plans. You get 5,000 contacts, twenty five sales sequences, and one hundred workflow automations, contact enrichment, one hundred marketing journeys, transactional emails, and deeper analytics.
In addition to the core pricing, you can increase the contact limit irrespective of the plan you’re on. It costs $100 for 5,000 extra contacts up to 25,000 total contacts then $75 for each 5,000 contacts up to 100,000 contacts. Any more than that is $50/5,000 contacts. Overall, the pricing structure of Freshworks can be competitive depending on how many contacts you have, users, and your base plan.
