vCita has multiple pricing plans that are divided based on features and team size. There’s a 14-day free trial anyone can access without a credit card. Whereas most email marketing software charges you for contacts, vCita charges based on the number of emails you send. Each packages has specific features and email sending limits. Business expands on the features of Essentials and costs $59/m ($45/m if billed annually). It comes with up to 2 user logins and email marketing functionality up to 5,000 recipients (that’s the total number of emails sent). In addition to one-off campaigns, you can set up automated campaigns, and get a monthly SMS credit of 250.
Platinum costs $99/m ($75/m if billed annually). It further expands the email automation campaigns by adding customization and increases the recipients limit to 10,000 and up to 5 users. You’ll also receive 500 monthly SMS credits and priority customer service.
Platinum 10 costs $139/m ($117/m if billed annually). It supports up to 10 users. It also increases the email marketing recipient limit to 20,000 and the SMS limit to 1,000. You’ll have up to 10 user logins and also receive priority customer service.
Platinum 20 costs $239/m ($196/m if billed annually). It supports up to 20 users. It has unlimited email sending but limits the SMS to 2,000. With this plan you’ll have a dedicated account manager for all of your customer and account support needs.
