vCita was founded in 2010 by Itzik Levy and Eran Utmazgin. Initially, it was a simple scheduling tool and has since expanded to include a full suite of business management tools such as payments, email marketing, a client portal, and more. It’s a robust platform that has a clear focus on small and medium sized businesses.
Plans & Pricing
vCita has multiple pricing plans that are divided based on features and team size. There’s a 14-day free trial anyone can access without a credit card. Whereas most email marketing software charges you for contacts, vCita charges based on the number of emails you send. Each packages has specific features and email sending limits. While browsing vCita’s pricing be sure to read each detail in order to choose the right plan for you.
Solo pricing is for businesses with a single user account.
Essentials costs $29/m ($19/m if billed annually). It has the core business management features but doesn’t include email or SMS marketing.
Business expands on the features of Essentials and costs $59/m ($45/m if billed annually). It comes with email marketing functionality and is limited to 5,000 recipients (that’s the total number of emails sent). In addition to one-off campaigns, you can set up automated campaigns.
Platinum is the highest solo pricing tier and costs $99/m ($75/m if billed annually). It further expands the email automation campaigns by adding customization and increases the recipients limit to 10,000.
Team pricing is for businesses that need multiple user accounts.
The Business plan costs $59/m ($45/m if billed annually). It’s similar to the business plan for the solo pricing but supports two user accounts instead of one.
The Platinum plan is $99/m ($75/m if billed annually). It supports up to five separate users. Otherwise, it has the same features as the solo Platinum plan.
